The First Apartment Projects

Since 1991 we have done over 15 apartment projects in puttaparthi and we have improved the quality of construction as well as been innovative in design in each and every one. The first 2 pictures are of a project called 'SAI PRIYA' which consists of single and double bedroom apartments. The customers include devotees from North America and England mainly. The Third picture shows our project called 'SAI DARSHAN' which was done exclusively for a group of Australian devotees. This project consists of 12 studio apartments.

The First cottages of Many

The pictures you see are the first cottages with which we started the project. Each of these cottages have been custom designed to suit the tastes and more importantly, the budget of the customer. All of them are between 500 to 1000 square feet.
As you can see the majority of them are kerala style houses with clay roof tiles and tapered roofs. As a result we had to bring workers from kerala to build these houses and that is a tradition we have continued. Even today all our villas and cottages are designed and built by our team of architects and workers from kerala and they are the best at what they do. you will not find such unique and varied designs for villas and cottages anywhere else in Puttaparthi.
The customers who bought these houses are as varied a bunch as you will get. We have Americans, Australians, French, Spaniards, Swiss, Iranians, Canadians, and of course Indians, both of the non-resident as well as local variety. Now this is nothing but a testament to the power of Sai Baba, that he can bring people from such diverse backgrounds and places all the way to a small little place called Puttaparthi in the middle of one of the poorest regions of South India.

Sai Aishwarya gardens

SAI AISHWARYA GARDENS is one of our pioneering projects in Puttaparthi. It was started in 1999 and is an ongoing labour of love for the last 10 years. we were the first to build fully custom designed villas and cottages set in beautiful greenery in puttaparthi. The first customers were people who wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle that is puttaparthi town with buildings leaning on one another. they wanted a quiet place with abundant greenery and plenty of good water which was also close enough to puttaparthi so they could attend Baba's darshan twice a day.
This project is just 4 kms from Baba's ashram set in the quiet country side. there is hardly any traffic on the road making it ideal for morning walks. it is surounded by a ring of smoky blue mountains with the valleys stretching for miles around. once you see this land you wouldnt prefer to live in the busy puttaparthi village.
Since we are keralites, the houses we prefer tend to have tapered roofs with clay tiles. we also cannot live without a garden around it. so this was the concept we set out to execute with this project. as you shall see, i think we have been quite successful.
